does anyone have a sayurday code they dont need? i was on the isle of wight and didnt know where a shop was. if i dont get a saturday code by 2pm i will offer my sunday code on here. wont be any use to me without the saturday code.

I would say it means a new address. (one application per household). So no good if you already joined last time.

Bit annoyed as had been waiting for a Pizza Express Free Meal reward since ordering it on 21 August. Arrived today - £5 Tesco card! Grrrr!

their FAQs say 'if we send you the wrong reward, send it back to us and we'll send you the right one'. Frustrating! Have e-mailed them as waiting on their phone line is a joke.

Oh dear! I'm cynically wondering if this was a deliberate mistake - perhaps too many people are now requesting the highest value rewards and maybe the Mail is hoping that they won't notice they've been sent the wrong reward (hah!) or that they can't be bothered with the hassle of returning it and will just keep the substitute. I applied for the same Pizza Exp meal voucher last weekend, let's see what'll turn up.

Hope it'll be sorted out quickly for you, Anna, but unfortunately Customer Services are likely to be swamped with queries from new members this weekend.

oh oh, i ordered the £10 sports direct voucher the day after you and it's still not arrived, wonder if the same thing'll happen to me?
