Anyone actually managed to get thru to DM/Woucher yet..............Ive got my code but cant get any answer, they take your phone number, then dont ring back.
Yes, I got through on Tuesday lunchtime. I'd tried several times earlier in the day - stuck in a 'busy' queue for up to 15 minutes and also left a 'call me back message' (whicj they ignored). as we were having lunch I tried again - moaning to my DH that it was all a bit of a con - and, lo and behold, they answered on the first ring (catching me in mid moan ! Nice guy did the necessary and said voucher book would come withing 7/10 days. Also said it was a very popular offer but they did have other offers which I might like later on.ELITE 5:2

Yes I know ...........
NO POSTS !!!!!
VERY DISAPPOINTING
However I did receive a solitary PM at exactly 10pm
and it at least made me smile so I responded by giving them the code
IF ONLY there had been a single grovelling post on this thread at 9:59 than you would have got it :rotfl:
Sorry
I would have asked for it by PM, but I'd assumed that by then it would have been snapped up.0 -

Yes I rang first thing on Tuesday and the guy was lovely and said that we should get a phonecall before our vouchers run out offering us another offer. He did say that if there wasn't a promotion then to wait as last year they had lots of offers before Christmas such as a free £30 or £20 M+S voucher or 6 bottles of wine.0 -
Got thru at last and got vouchers.........their valid for 6 months. good, not dated to the day.0

Did they just tell you they didn't have dates on - or have you actually seen the vouchers ? They were a bit vague when I spoke to them and it wasn't at all clear about the dates.ELITE 5:2

I've just checked my account - I had picked the £10 sports direct voucher for this week as I claimed my pizza express voucher last week. It is still showing as £10 sports direct but in the offers it is showing as £5. I think they run promotional £10 offers. I noticed I cannot put in a code for sat and sun this week, only 1 code, and then 2 next week.0 -
Anyone had any problems spending their vouchers? i went to use one of my flexi cash vouchers in new look yesterday to be told that they werent accepting them, even though it clearly says in the front of the card that its accepted at new look. just wondered if anyone else has had the same problem?0
