Any one found an use of the pizza express voucher? There are so many "not to" clauses and I do not think it worth a trip.

What are the "not to" clauses - I was just going to use mine for a coffee or a desert or something?

Things like you cannot combine it with other offers. You can only use 1 voucher per table, etc. As a "table" usualy costs at least £20, this coupon is worth less than 25% off, which is not a lot for pizza outlets.

Still no sign of my voucher for pizza express. Checked my spam folder, nothing in there. Have contacted them while logged in asking where it is not very hopefully of a decent reply as I am sure they are using staff that don't speak English judging by the last few replies I have received from them. I was going to give mine to one of my sons. Nice pizza after the match, I presume you can use it for take away.

typistretired, you can have mine if you want to - just pm me your email address and I will forward the email to you (there is no t/c regarding transferable).

Thank you for the offer johnk, but my husband meets up with my sons for the football today, already gone to it. One of my sons was going to use after match so too late now. They have not replied to my complaint about not receiving my email with the pizza offer yet!!

Oh dear, that is really worrying.

I have several serious eye conditions, including cataracts. Most days, (I have purchased the paper!), I just can't read the numbers due to the way in which they are printed. So I have to use the 'Online Verification System'.

If I've bought the paper, but can't read the code due to medical conditions, it doesn't seem very fair of them to suspend or close my account for using the help option. :(

I've sent them a message and will see what they say.

    Update:

Something weird going on?! - I got a very fast response which basically said that they'd checked my account and that I don't use the online verification often enough (I thought I did at 2-3 times per week!). They also said that they would not penalise me for occassionally using the verification system because of my medical probs.

I logged in today (16th March) and their response has now disappeared!

I wonder if they are cracking down, due to this forum?

Never mind, I have an email copy and a screen print ff their response, so if they decide to close or suspend my account, i shall play merry Hell!
