Too many questions used in a week as meant a few friends had their accounts suspended

Oh dear, that is really worrying.

I have several serious eye conditions, including cataracts. Most days, (I have purchased the paper!), I just can't read the numbers due to the way in which they are printed. So I have to use the 'Online Verification System'.

If I've bought the paper, but can't read the code due to medical conditions, it doesn't seem very fair of them to suspend or close my account for using the help option. :(

I've sent them a message and will see what they say.

Hi does anyone have a code for Saturdays Mail please... I had the paper delivered but there was no code printed in the space.

I have used the online verification system several times recently, due to poor printing, and I'm concerned that I might have used up my quota.
