Welcome missladyannie, the only protocol is to PM the code rather than giving it away to a lurker, someone somewhere must have developed an app to steal the ones that just get posted to the thread as members hardly ever catch them.I'm surprised that The Frozen Planet DVD is only 1500 points. This is an awesome 3 disc Boxset and its currently £19.27 at Tesco Entertainment and £21.97 at Asda Direct... but it only costs the same amount of Reward Points as a £5 Tesco / Asda Gift Card!!!
Well the DVD is more likely to get reduced in a sale to the same price or less than all the papers, when web shops have a collective BBC promotion. I'm exactly halfway through so we'll see what it takes to get the other 50% to pick up a reward as of the 22nd, it's only a pain because that's the weekend I would have hit the 1500 points
All I know is if it becomes any more convoluted or there are problems with daily codes then I'll pick up a final Tesco gift card and stop collecting before Xmas. For a TV Guide, the other reason I was getting the MoS, The Sun's only 50p, for a mag attached, the Radio Times is £1.40, still cheaper than the MoS and the Freeview listings are all day not starting from 7pm.
I imagine Associated Newspapers are betting on people who have collected from the start, dropping out, they just want to get their circulation up but keep running costs down. There are other promotions for cinema tickets all the time now so it doesn't matter that the cinema passes are more than 1500/whatever the £5 gift cards will cost after 22nd September.0 -

This code given by my neighbour but was printed on the back page of the newspaper (different number to the card inside the magazine), so I don't know if it will work, or if they were just testing out the new system.
