If anyone has a spare Saturday and/or Sunday code I'd be so grateful and will pop a donation to my justgiving page as a thank you (and pm you the details so you can make sure I have).

The way I see it, this thread is for spare codes, missed codes etc, not for people who won't/don't go out and buy the paper on a regular basis.

Some of us who do make the effort every week do get cheesed off with the same people asking, without ever seeming to make the effort we do themselves.

I go out every weekend to get the paper (we can't get delivery) and have asked I think 4 times since the scheme started, with a genuine reason every time.

I think that is an extremely fair comment and now I am looking at it from your point of view, I can fully understand why you get cheesed off!

I think I will be an active member of this thread but not ask anymore. I'm not a taker in life and don't want to be seen as one on here.

If a code is offered and I am lucky enough to get it great, if not so be it.

Thank you for your honest opinion

A very generous MSE friend of mine has given me a Scottish code today ... as much for me to test to see if they go straight into "The Bank" (as the previous weekday Scottish DM BONUS codes did) or into the Current Collection where you need to collect 1500 points in order to bank them.

I can confirm it does go straight into the BANK and furthermore IT STOPS YOU entering a "NON-SCOTTISH" normal code into your Current Collection responding with the message

"You have already entered a number for this day and the Mail Points have been successfully added to your current collection. "

    BUT THEY HAVEN'T

Not sure if this is a "policy change" or a glitch

I might call someone on Monday to report the issue/enquire of any change to code redemption

Regards entering the previous Week Day bonus codes I believe it was Midnight the FOLLOWING day - not the same day the code was in the paper

I think this happened to me a few weeks ago with a sunday code. I entered it and it came up with the usual message and I was in the prize draw. When I put in the next weeks saturday code I had a gap for the sunday. I contacted them and they said that I had been credited but nothing was done, it meant I had to put in an extra weekend's codes to finish.

I sent a message via 'Contact Us' on the Mail Rewards page and got a message back yesterday as follows:

"Thank you for your message regarding your unique number. I am very sorry there has been an error with this weekend?s unique numbers and that they have automatically been added to your Bank. I have sent your details to the relevant department to have them transferred from your Bank balance to your current cycle by Wednesday. I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. If you have any further questions you can contact us and we will be more than happy to help. Best regards, The Mail Rewards Club"

Hopefully they manage to get everyone's points (for those affected) sorted out before midnight on Wednesday.

And I've checked again and it is by midnight the following day but best to put your bonus points on right away in case you forget (if anything like me lol).

It says in today's Daily Mail on page 31 that if you enter the 7 x 20 points for Monday - Sunday they will give you an extra 100 points so worth entering them. :)

Has anyone else had this happen to them today? I've just entered my Saturday code and it went straight into my banked points which is going to leave me unable to use the points I'm saving up. I've missed some days and need all my points to go in the collection part where it shows 100 for a Saturday and 150 for a Sunday. If I miss any more (like today's not being credited) I'll have wasted all my other points. I was checking on here in case anyone else had the same problem before I sent them a message.

NOTE: Just read in the magazine that every day next week there will be bonus points in the Daily Mail so watch out for that. Last time I wasn't aware until I read it on here and had missed some days. I think you also have to enter them by midnight the same day they appear in the paper.

I have just seen this and checked on the newspaper thread and cannot see anyone has posted any code or anything to enter. Is this for scotland only/anymore details please

I have a spare saturday code, no pm's please, first one on here to ask for it will get it, but not around for a couple of hours now
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
