Soz to be so nosy but you give the best daily newspaper summary in the world AND you generously give away codes. Go on, let me into your secret before curiosity kills this cat!!!!!

Has anyone else had this happen to them today? I've just entered my Saturday code and it went straight into my banked points which is going to leave me unable to use the points I'm saving up. I've missed some days and need all my points to go in the collection part where it shows 100 for a Saturday and 150 for a Sunday. If I miss any more (like today's not being credited) I'll have wasted all my other points. I was checking on here in case anyone else had the same problem before I sent them a message.

NOTE: Just read in the magazine that every day next week there will be bonus points in the Daily Mail so watch out for that. Last time I wasn't aware until I read it on here and had missed some days. I think you also have to enter them by midnight the same day they appear in the paper.

ailey, are you in Scotland? Last time the extra points were only for the scots and i've just checked the page of the magazine with the card on and nothing about extra points- I live in England.

Yes Kxmx. That doesn't seem fair to others collecting these points. Why would it only be the Scottish version? Should be for everyone.

A very generous MSE friend of mine has given me a Scottish code today ... as much for me to test to see if they go straight into "The Bank" (as the previous weekday Scottish DM BONUS codes did) or into the Current Collection where you need to collect 1500 points in order to bank them.

I can confirm it does go straight into the BANK and furthermore IT STOPS YOU entering a "NON-SCOTTISH" normal code into your Current Collection responding with the message

"You have already entered a number for this day and the Mail Points have been successfully added to your current collection. "

    BUT THEY HAVEN'T

Not sure if this is a "policy change" or a glitch

I might call someone on Monday to report the issue/enquire of any change to code redemption

Regards entering the previous Week Day bonus codes I believe it was Midnight the FOLLOWING day - not the same day the code was in the paper

I think this happened to me a few weeks ago with a sunday code. I entered it and it came up with the usual message and I was in the prize draw. When I put in the next weeks saturday code I had a gap for the sunday. I contacted them and they said that I had been credited but nothing was done, it meant I had to put in an extra weekend's codes to finish.
  • I missed yesterdays code and a family member kindly gave me one entered
it as per usual family member in England. Bought todays mail and as im in Scotland it has gone straight to my banked points which is good as i now have enough for an e-reader
