after a few tries to get a pizza express 2 course voucher for 1500 pionts as I was collecting at the time of the switchover and the mail did promise that no one would lose out guaranteed. success!

both me and my mother should be getting our pizza express 2 course vouchers. from now on I will no longer be buying the mail for mail rewards. if anyone else was collecting for a 2 course pizza express voucher I would suggest that you try to deal with Emma B.

For your records, your original query was:
please pass this query to Emma B as she has delt with this issue for my mother.
due to issues with the cost of rewards due to the switchover form 7 codes for a voucher to 2000 points for that same voucher. and holding the mail to the promise that no one already colecting at the time of the switchover would lose out guaranteed.
