I spent ages searching the Rewards website for the digital camera (3,200 points, RRP £29.99) that was mentioned on pages 12 & 13 of Live mag, only to discover by Googling their Facebook page that you're meant to buy it at Argos using a Flexecash reward. A tad misleading.

There's nothing in the relaunch that encourages me to keep collecting. I'm out.

It's a shame I missed the morning rant before you edited it but that's ridiculous if it's not made clear that for example, your card will be loaded with the right amount on top of what you started with or they'll send you another cardboard voucher only for the camera which you take to Argos. The T & Cs for the bigger rewards should be everywhere, the paper and the site as you log in, not just the FB page. It's a big assumption to make that Facebook is the first place everyone will go for info like that.

But you'll enjoy it this weekend where you can relax without that rush to get the paper :T no more slog!
