Theres a free number they don't advertise ......Ring 0800 010111 and ask to be put through to the rewards club

Thanks very much for info and the free phone number. Managed to get through 1st time on that number. Had previously tried the number advertised in the paper and a message said they were busy and cut the phone call - didn't really fancy spending a fortune trying to get a code!!!

I completed entering 19 codes last weekend for the £20 High Street card and it arrived on Wednesday my account is now reset back to collecting for £5 cards from yesterday.

ive had trouble trying to spend my flexecash vouchers the people in the stores have all been stupid and not knowing anything about them....i know more about them that n the people that work there lol
