Seems to be how it works on here angel-eyes.
Most people just lurk & thank the OP,and sometime not even them.
It's rare to see too many thanks on answers/dupe spots etc compared to on the OP.

I agree.

I always thank those who spot a dupe or provide the answers. I agree that the OPs are all stars for posting the competitions, but so are those who post the answers or the dupes, enabling us to not enter twice on a "one entry per person" competition!

Plus without help with answers we would be lost on here.
