I have realised that I have had some form of PPI on around 7 different accounts over the years. We have suffered finiancially over the last few years as my husband has been in and out of self employment until around 3mths ago when he got a permenent position. We have management plans on all of our debts with most of these companies!
I haven't got any of the agreements or know any total amounts as I've only got bills going back to 2009 on some accounts. Do I need to get SARs on all of them or can I just fill in the questionnaire and hope for the best?
What do I send off first?:( I just dont no where to start!!!!

If you have arrears with a bank, they can take the redress off the debt i am afraid.lauren0404 wrote: »I have realised that I have had some form of PPI on around 7 different accounts over the years. We have management plans on all of our debts with most of these companies!
If you win you do get the 8% interest, they cannot take this.
Go here for SAR details and template letter

Do you have any of the account numbers?, if you do then put a complaint in, most take these over the phone now, look here for reasons for mis sell

And get the complaints in.
I do not normally advocate this way, but the banks are not playing ball so why should we?0 -
Thanks. Im hoping to reduce my debts greatly this way! Do i actually need to send a SAR off though? I know the account numbers but im not sure about start and end dates etc?!!0

You just put the account with reasons for mis sell, that is all you need and when you get a response take it from there.0
