I got fined by London Underground and paid my fine on the day online on the IRCAS website. On Thursday I got a letter saying I haven't paid my fine and its now doubled. I tried calling the number but can't get through to an actual human. Is there anyway to contact them directly and get this resolved?

Try one of these numbers tomorrow morning, not to sure if they still work or there just automated lines;
0844 544 8458
0845 434 8292
0173 023 5302

Thank you. The second one worked and its all sorted now (I hope).0

As you say it's all sorted now, but it may just have been that it took a while to go through the system, By the way, it's not a fine, only the courts can fine you. It was a Penalty Fare.0

I had the same problem. I used 0845 434 8289 to call them and got straight through to a person. Call them during working hours or you'll probably just get an automated answer. Problems now resolved and no admin fee for me to pay :j0
