Capital One Credit Cards Fax Number?

Just wondering if anyone can help me with a fax number for Capital One credit cards?
I want to send them a fax to ask them to send me a copy by fax of a letter that they've alledgedly sent out to me by post twice now, but I haven't received either copy?
My only other option would be to write to them, but I've already had to write to them once because they took no notice of me when I phoned them....
Any help would be appreciated..

It used to be
44 0115 843 3440 according to the FSA register
(see this link - https://www.fsa.gov.uk/register/firmContact.do;jsessionid=90786438198e4440bacba1491741b2c5.s6fNml1Ka38InBbv-ArJrwTPoNCNa30Ocybtah0IaNuIahiIbh0IaNfwmxiInxiObk9ynhvybMSHc30Ka2aToi5hch0Na2TSn7bvq70KawTAqQ4InQXQ-BjF8NaSc3yLbwbMnkrDqRfzqwbMnkrDqRfzqwbynknvrkLOlQzNp65In0__?sid=58351
Although a new search of the register shows this fax number has been removed - https://www.fsa.gov.uk/register/firmBasicDetails.do?sid=58351
I suspect they have stopped giving out a fax number now as they prefer to use other methods of communication. Even if it is still their number I wouldn't be convinced they'd reply to a fax.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Could you send them a Secure Message on their website?0

I don't have an active account with them so I couldn't find a way of doing this. But it was a good idea, thanks
I'll try the fax number above ..Indecision is the key to flexibility

I sent them a fax to the number (it went through OK) but I didn't receive a reply.
I wrote them another letter and received a letter back and the envelope also contained a leaflet, and the leaflet says they they can be contacted by fax on the same number - 0115 843 3440 !
And they still haven't resolved my complaint....
Their "customer" service really is something to wonder at ....Indecision is the key to flexibility
