    Yes the spec looks similar, but be warned, since these are 2nd hand or refurb boxes you may find it difficult to obtain support from the manufacturer.

    They come with a 30day warranty from the retailer - not sure about support from the manufacturer to be honest. This pretty much covers any DOA problems but that's about it. I got mine refurb and it's fine 3 months later. A mate bought one and had to send it back after a week. If it's going to fail it will probably do it within the month but you pays your money and takes your choice as they say! If you want piece of mind buy it new.

    It will do everything you require by the way. It supports Wireless with WEP and WPA encryption, it has 4 network points and supports the usual port forwarding etc.
