went with mine a couple of years ago - age 8 and 12. Mine had fun, although there are not too many 'thrill' rides from what I remember. The go-Karts are great tho, but have to pay extra for them. They have a great slide and water jet play area if it is hot.

There are a few rides for older children, my 13 year old is quite happy there, but they are not on a par with Alton Towers etc.
There is also a new ride opening in April called 'Magma'- seems to be some sort of drop tower.
Get there early and head straight for PPW as the queues can be very long on some rides- more so than the older rides. Bizzarely, we all thought the dinosaur ride at PPW was a good laugh :rotfl:

There are a few bigger rides (but not alton towers / chessington big)
The Peppa pig 'bit' is in its own section within paultons and there are no big rides in that bit.
I'd recommend going straight in to the peppa pig bit to beat the queues then spend the rest of the day around the rest of paultons - there are lots of rides that the 4 year old can go on around the rest of the park aswell and the queues aren't normally ever very long at all.
