Got my bargain of the year so far today. Spotted a jacket for my hubby, only one there and just his size. £220 reduced down 6 times, stickers all over it, last label on it said £50 but the rail had half marked price sign at the end.

Sure enough went through till at £25. Just home, fits him like a glove, Hubby very pleased with his unexpected gift! Should have saved it for his bday.

    Great buy, thanks M&S :)

Got a couple of bargains at MetroCentre earlier - an Autograph wrap dress down to £5 from £45 and a blouse down from £29 to £3. There was quite a bit there when I left but it was mainly trousers in odd sizes or several of the same horrible dress.

There would have been much more had a couple not come in with a trolley and literally swept an entire rail of jackets and maxi skirts into it

I got in store a per una green tunic top for £3, a per una purple skirt for £3, red skinny cords for £3 and another per una blue skirt for £3.

Then kids packs of white shirts, long and short sleeve for £1 (were £10-£11), snowsuits for babies £3 and 2 x sleepsuits for £5.

There were alot of trousers - mainly work stuff for men and women in Holmbush Shoreham M&S.

The stuff was frustratingly dotted all over the store and some stuff was outside which was weird. It was almost like saying "steal me please"

Paid another visit to the Belfast store yesterday (to buy a hat cos it was freezing!) and got:
    A hat £1
    A snood £1
    Denim shorts £3
    Going out satin shorts £3
    Boys school shoes £1
    Girls coloured jeans £1
    Girls blue trousers £1
    Sparkly jumper £5

There were further reductions when I got to the till as everything above was labelled between £3 and £12. There were loads of grey boys school shirts for £1, girls and boys school shoes for £1 and wellies which were labelled at £5 but probably going through for £1. Not much left in the women's sale section.

I've managed to find 'absolute bargains' in the managers reductions section in the past but once I've got them home I realised that they didn't actually fit or I didn't really like them so I've never wore them!!!!

I'm not really sure that that makes them bargains....?
