Thanks cagsd for the heads up on the school shirts. Just managed to get some for my DS for next year.0

Ordered some jewellery this morning for half price but at checkout was given another 25% discount. Went back in and jewellery still states 25% off even on reduced items.0

I've had the dreaded email:
Thank you for the clothing order you placed online.
I’m sorry to let you know that the items you’ve ordered are out of stock. I’ve now cancelled your order and you’ve not been charged.
This happens every time, they really need to sort their stock ordering systems out!
Has anyone managed to successfully complain about this and get a satisfactory outcome?
thanks0 -
The answer to that one is no.0

Glad someone managed to benefit from the reduction!
I'm still fuming I spent £26 when I could have waited and spent a tenner!!!

The sale in the central Belfast store is a bit rubbish considering the size of the store. They did have school shirts but mostly grey / blue and short-sleeved, no good to us!
I went through the boys clothes as my brother is going on a trip with school soon and some items had been reduced by a measley £1!
In the last sale, I went at the very end when they were desperate to get rid of stuff and got 2 boys tshirts and 3 pairs of girls PJs for £3 in total! I'll be waiting for this kind of thing again this time

I haven't managed to complain, but it always used to happen to me so I resolved to change to the named date/next day delivery to ensure that I get the priority on the stock and this has worked. Since paying the small extra charge, I've never been disappointed by non-availability.
Hope this helps!0 -
Further reductions are beginning to show online, presumably they'll be instore tomorrow.0
