Yes 4 units, but as I said it the reading has F at the end despite the meter saying m3 so was wondering how common this is.
If it was 100's cu ft it would say so. I don't think 'F' is anything to do with cu ft!

Well, which consumption seems more likely for 2 weeks: 124kwh or 44kwh (124/2.8) bearing in mind that gas has only been used for cooking one meal and 2 hot showers each day. Elec use has been about 60kwh - fridge, washing machine, lights, several computers.
If it is a mistake, then I'd only get £6 off the current bill, but the previous tenant(s) could be owed a bit more than that.0
