Britannia Building Society - New Sort Code

I have just tried to pay some money into my Britannia Building Society account using the same details I have used for years, and it rejected the account details.
Checked with my Bank (First Direct) who advise me that a number of beneficiary bank account sort codes have changed with the transfer from BACS to faster payments, but unfortunately they don't have the information, and were unable to force the payment through for me.
I know I can wait to speak to Britannia tomorrow, but if anyone has the information, that means I can deal with it today, especially as I have a day full of meetings tomorrow so there's no guarantee I will have a space to ring.
I have checked on Britannia's website, and the information there gives the same sort code (57-13-27) that I have always used, and I have received no correspondence from them to say it has changed.
The grumpy side of me says that I never had these problems before they joined forces with the Co-op!

In one case not so long ago, I had to delete the payee details and re-enter them as there was a glitch when the changeover took place.
You could try that.I am a mortgage broker. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Unfortunately not on this occasion - I tried to do a brand new one off payment, which failed, and First Direct tried to do the same from their end - and failed.
I'll post the new details when I find them - which isn't looking like it will be today unfortunately.Work is not my Hobby0
