Where can I complain about Disney on Ice Programmes?

Hello,

Went to see Disney on Ice Princesses and Heroes and splashed out £10 on a programme like I always do. However, very angry to find its the same with two tiny circles of the two new characters Tiana & Rapunzel added to the same programme from 2 years ago with a different front cover and one characted photoshopped out from a group shot! Moreso, the same show with just 2 songs from Tiana and one from Rapunzel. I understand they will still use same routines but I thought at least a Page for the new acts and new skaters in such a high priced programme and more of the new characters!

I can't find an email or address to complain to, does anyone know at all?

First time we had been and I did not bother buying merchandise or a programme, they were so expensive.

Everything was a rip off!! We go to Disney a lot but the prices were OTT. They sell these spinning light up toys in both DLP and WDW and they are around $6-$12 - DOI was selling them for £16.

Small Ice cream pots were £3, my DD ended up with a souviner cup with slush in it and that was £8. The only thing I let her have an she does use it at home. It was just outrageous. Silly thing is, had they sold them for less they would have sold more and made money money - hardly anyone had them. Usually at Disney shows there is a sea of spinning lights.

update, got sent a $40 cheque!

Converted to £24 but then lost £10 in admin fee!

So technically a programme refund and £4 for my troubles! Better than nowt !
