By the time we start our mortgage will be over £200k more than it is now and we could never have got the forever house we're buying without the support of this forum and most importantly the drive of keeping in the green on your charts.

16/11/12 - Moved to our forever home for £427k, mortgage of £270,999
MFIT-T3 #2 - Reduce (new) mortgage from £270k to £225k whilst renovating and with our first baby on the way! £265,654.56 so far0 -

Have / had two outstanding spreadsheet issues I wanted to resolve and at 1am this morning, I threw in the towel. Spotted one of them immediately today.
