Hi,
I have an annoying laptop problem and i'm hoping someone can explain it .Basically i can go into a site and the page takes ages to load but i can open a new tab at the same time and get into the same site and page almost immediately !
Why does it load better through a new tab ? It puzzles and frustrates me .
It's a 4 month old Samsung laptop
thankyou in advance

CCleaner is really a good cleaning program and safe. It gives the option of backing up the registry before deleting files so you can restore if needs be. I've used it without probs for years.0 -
reset IE to defaults, under IE, tools, internet options, advanced.
have you got any proxy settings setup in (IE, tools, internet options, connections, lan settings), what security software (AV/firewall) are you using?
