Dawnie I honestly don't think anyone was being rude. I'm sure you can appreciate why some posters may query how Pepsi could enforce that when their terms and conditions don't require it. I'm grateful for your posts as I'm going to head out today and buy some Pepsi for me and my OH and enter the code from that. If your info is correct then Pepsi could change their terms at any time to reflect that and I don't want to be caught out for the sake of buying something which we will drink anyway. would be interested to know if pepsi can really tell where the bottle was bought, just incase the winners are asked, i have code 1771 on every one of my bottles bought in Liverpool, has anyone else got 1771 on a bottle they have actually bought in a place other than Liverpool?

Yep! got 1771 on 3 different 2L bottles bought from co-op in Portsmouth.

do not think the barcodes are different in other regions anyway and not enforceable by Pepsi if not in their terms.

I've spoken to many Promotional staff over the years and most of them are just plain dumb with nice voices ( friendly horsey types a lot of them for some reason) and I have to read the terms to them as they rarely have bothered to read them or understand them.
