Student Finance Help

A quick question about Student Finance.

My daughter has been offered a place at uni.:j We have been attempting to fill out the online application and have come up against a snag.

DD left home to live with boyfriend (at BF's parents last August) She is 20 and prior to this hasn't supported herself so doesn't satisfy the 3 year rule, so we will need to supply our proof of income.

When we complete the form she puts her current address, as termtime address and states she moved there last August.

When it asks about family we put that she is in contact with both parents.

When we go to register as her parents to complete the application it states our address is the same as hers and there is no option to change this

Has anyone else had experience of this. (I Suspect I shall be ringing them), but if anyone has had this happens and knows what we should do. I would be grateful
My finances are work in progress.
Normal veiwing will resume shortly
