Blackberry Curve 8520 and Spotify ?

I am trying to download Spotify onto my son's blackberry. I have a premium account and I have connected the blackberry to my pc. Spotify says the blackberry is compatible but when I click on the link the software won't download because it is a .jad file. Can anyone help me please?
