Can someone tell me if I can, and how to, copy all my folders, photos , basically all my work on the computer onto a memory stick all at once without having to go through individual folders?

Surely if all the information was in one file you could just drag and drop it onto the memory stick (assuming it has enough space for everything).0

use the search function to search for pics & docs, then click 'select all' from edit menu & copy & paste to usb drive0
