Santander cashback tracked- no decision yet

I applied for a santander 123 credit card via topcashback. The transaction tracked a day later with a £20.20 cashback, however I haven't received an acceptance decision from santander yet.
Has anyone had any experience of applying for a santander credit card via a cashback site, and does the fact that it has already tracked suggest that I have been accepted?

That fact that it's pending (tracked) doesn't mean anything either way.
TopCashBack has this to say about such things:Pending
Your transaction has been tracked and reported to us by the retailer.
The retailer now needs to confirm this transaction.
I applied for one of their old-style 123 accounts a few weeks ago. I have £75.75 pending via TopCashBack and should get a £100 welcome bonus from Santander too. :j
Getting the account opened is turning out to be a slow process. Firstly, I spent two weeks in hospital following my application and when I returned home I had a letter waiting from Santander asking for proof of ID. Okay, fair enough. Sent the ID they requested off but one letter from the DWP was rejected because the date on it was written by hand rather than typed. I have a replacement here to send to them on Monday.
I have a nasty feeling they will set me up with their new-style 123 account, but I really wanted the old-style one that offered 5% interest on balances of up to £2,500.
Oh well, we'll see.0
