URGENT: Capital One change of internal procedure for credit limit increase

Capitalone have changed its policy on credit limit increases via the phone.

If you ring them up and ask to speak to a manager they will access your ability for an increase this is new, it started from yesterday evening

Yes this strikes me as very urgent for a Saturday afternoon. Thrilling stuff and I await the next exciting announcement, perhaps based around the OP having a cup of tea, or some such tripe.

See I think it's important because... A lot of people on here have capital one account and have been unable to increase them due to previous policy. this is something that they can now do. So lots of happy customers.

I assume everyone on here can easily pass sarcastic comments on a forum but are !!!!!s when it comes to phoning anyone...

The op just want others to telephone Capone. May have been refused a card or more limit over the phone.
