Reclaiming PPI when claimant is deceased

Hi All, I'd really appreciate some advice on this.

My mum and dad took out a loan with Northern Rock a few years ago and were mis-sold PPI. The loan was in my dad's name although they were both signatories to it at the time.

The loan is now fully repaid, however my dad has since passed away without leaving a will, however my mum is the next of kin and has inherited the estate.

I am attempting to claim back the PPI for my mum, but the standard form requires my dad's signature, and unfortunately he's not here to give it.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, Paul

Send them a copy of the Letters of Administration (if obtained) or a copy of the marriage certificate, plus the death certificate.

They may request further proof / details but this explains the situation and gets the ball rolling.
