I need to find out how to contact Lloyds TSB.
I need to ask them for details of ALL Loan Agreement numbers going back to 2001 in order to find if how many loans I have had which had PPI on them.
Does anyone know the address to which I can write to Lloyds TSB for this information!!??
Thanks!!

Hi
You can either call into a lloyds branch by giving them the bank account number (I assume you bank or used to bank with them)?
What I did was email them on the email addy below, by giving all our details, as most loans were in joint names, both names, all addresses lived in whilst having accounts with lloyds, date of birth and so on, they sent my details of all loans by email.

Also in addition to my post above, when you to to make a reclaim, on lloyds website, there are details of making a reclaim on there, its the same reclaim questionnaire as on this site, complete and send to the address shown on their website, remember to keep copies, good luck.
(If the mis selling reasons are all the same, one reclaim questionnaire should be fine, or otherwise complete separately).

I sent my letters to
Lloyds TSB,
PPI Customer Services,
BX1 1LT.
I got a response within a couple of weeks....those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.
