redundancy payment

Hi.... ive just been made redundant and my employer has sent me a letter saying i will not receive my redundancy pay or my full PILON pay, until my april payday and not my march payday? can they do this?!!

Not sure, but it cant be that much of a problem can it.
You will be getting your March pay, if you'd still been working you wouldnt get your April pay till April anyway.
Redundancy pay, think of itas a bonus in April.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
