Hi, I'm trying to get a refund from Very.co.uk for items marked as delivered on 7/3/12, but actually missing. I've tried phoning, emailing and their Network@VeryHQ.co.uk
Thay all either the say that the goods were "left on the front porch" and to check (OK, that's in the open street then, no front porch on property) or that they are "doing an investigation with the carrier", all in a loop over and over. This has been on-going for 10 days.
Any advice please? They were my 6 year old's birthday presents - ordered in JANUARY:mad:. What rights do I have?
Many thanks

I ordered some shoes from very.co.uk on 10/05/2012 they said they were in stock for next day delivery I thought brilliant. The order never arrived so I checked on my account and it still said order processing left it another day. I then called on 13/05/2012 they said they don't know where it is but they will pass it to there tracing department and send me a letter in 2-3 working days that has now passed no letter. I have emailed them and called since to try and cancel this order I was informed that I cannot do that as they don't now if the delivery is with the delivery company yet but will check and get back to me again nothing. I don't know what to do I only have a small amount of time to call and email to the chase them all the time.:(0
