Error Code 9C48 for Security update (KB 2256532)

I am continually getting error code 9C48 when trying to install windows Security update (KB 2256532. i have tried every suggestion on this and other forums both with no success. i have also E Mailed Miscrosoft got a reference code nearly a week ago but they have not replied. HELP

Close all open programs, disconnect from the internet, shut down your antivirus and right click the downloaded file and choose "run as administrator", follow the prompts then reboot - see if that helps.
