Blu Ray not having features printed on the box - rights?

hi everyone, looking for a little advice
I bought a blu-ray (2 disc bluray &DVD) from a supermarkets entertainment site. received it last week
on the back of the blu ray box it has printed that theres 'over 4 hours of special features' one of which being a making of - without this making of these no way its over 4 hours of features
watched the film, had a look for the making of special (on both discs) and its not there at all.
emailed the company and they said we could replace it but would be exactly the same, its not on any of the blurays and have given me an email address to complain to (production company maybe)
now this isnt a case of something in error on the website its actually printed on the product that this is included. i know they do other version of the film (although not on blu ray) with the extra features - would it be unreasonable to ask for a copy of a disc with this extra on? i paid extra for a bluray for the extra quality though and dont want to have to return it to just get a lower quality dvd
going to email the other company they provided me with to see what they say, but obv going to keep contact with the retailer as thats who my contract is with.
... any ideas on my rights here?
Thanks in advance

Are the extras on the DVD ? If they are i can't see what the problem is.
What are you expecting someone to do ?0 -
the point is that theyre not - one of the features is listed on the bluray box but is not there at all on either disc
emailed the production company and theyre honouring their misprint and sending a copy of the extra as shown on the box ... that was quick and easy

Bottom line is you have a contract between yourself and the seller and it matters not if the content of the blu-ray is outside their control, they've still sold you an item that is not as described ad as such you are entitled to a remedy from them under the SOGA. Get back on to the seller and ask for a refund.0

IMO no you're not being unreasonable asking them to send the extras out - or at the very least have them made available via the producer to download.
Whether they can do this or not though I don't know, you would be able to reject it for a refund. But if you don't want to return it you're stuck with it as is0 -
were you aware of these extra features before you bought the disc or did you just see them on the insert after you received the disc0

Most blu-ray disks have a warning that some special features might not work depending on the age of your player and whether you've updated the firmware regularly.
The other posibility is that it is one of the extra's that is accessed online if your player is connected to the internet?
Have you checked online what features the disk should contain?0 -
contacted the production company i was given the email address for - it was a misprint on the box and the feature shouldnt be on the bluray. but cause theyve misprinted it theyre sending out a disc with it on
so pretty impressed with them!
thanks guys for the advice0 -
