My tools button has vanished from tool bar

Hi
Im using windows internet explorer and was wanting to delete my cookies etc to go through a cashback site. However the tools button has disappeared from the tool bar and after playing about with it for 10 mins I still cant work out how to do it. Any advice greatly appreciated. TIA x

Is it just the 'Tools' button?
If they've all disappeared try F11.
Right click a blank area at the top of the page, and make sure 'Menu Bar' is ticked.
Give us a clue as to which operating system and version of IE, 'Help'>'About Internet Explorer'.
Move along, nothing to see.0 -
