Consumer Finance Claims Ltd, Stokesley

Consumer Finance Claims Ltd, Stokesley......has any other member had issues is dealing with this company for PPI's. Having not received any responses from them since January 14, 2012 requesting an explanation on why I had not received their written notification of an offer of redress made by the financial company, nor them seeking my agreement of this before accepting, they just send me one of their own company cheques with no back up or breakdown of the amount made by the financial company. Having also made an official complaint, they have failed to acknowledge this within 5 days of it being received by recorded delivery, resolving this within four weeks, which again has drawn a blank, both points which they refer to in their own complaints procedure. I would like to know if I am legally able to terminate their service and cancel the agreement without being charged?

    Hi there

I am not sure what happens if used a claims company, but you could try now complaining to the Claims regulations (MOJ) if you have already made a complaint to the claims company, let them know the position, and they should be able to advise.
    Good luck.
