We never had them in May as promised and I contacted them via the Facebook page again (had problems claiming them - got passed from pillar to post...) She informed me that they would be added to Augusts statement - I told her we were very disappointed as we wanted to use them with the exchange that was running at the time. She told me they wouldn't have been able to have been used for that anyway.

So we are now waiting for Augusts statement - and I won't be a happy bunny if they're not on there - we've decided to buy the kids school uniform with it now.

Yet another big company with absolutely dismal PR!

I won the points too and since then have been having a real battle to try and get my hands on them. I have called so many times and been promised they will be added on 21st of July in time for the next statement and guess what...... they haven't been!! 3 months ago the guy on the helpdesk said he would enter the points manually if they missed the automatic update. He even put a reminder in his system. I still don't have them and the latest guy from the helpdesk has said there might not be anything they can do until the next statement run in another 3 months. This is so far beyond a joke now.
I hope you guys had better luck getting your points.

Had yours yet? I messaged them AGAIN last week and was promised they would be on by the end of the week. What a surprise, no points today

Hi all,

Just noticed this post had replies to it (haven't been on for a while!) I received my points in the May statement and havebeen sent the vouchers out which aren't any different to the normal vouchers I recieve. They even say along the bottom "Use: in store . online . tesco fuel . tesco direct . clubcard rewards" So to be honest I'm not really sure how they can say they can't be used for that or how they would monitor it??

I haven't tried exchanging them yet but we also plan to use them for the rewards.
