I know of a few people who have received theirs, basically it is advertisments for companies who splat their name on the side. A bit like a pen or mousemat you pick up at a business fair.

If you are making significant use of USB Flash Drives, then you should check out the read and write speeds. Some of the cheaper ones use slow chips, which produces what I call apathy mode.
Although (for example) Corsair Voyager Flash Drives are fairly expensive (16 GB for just less than £100 inc VAT), they are pretty fast.
