If you paid through Paypal notify them and make a claim. Also if paypal is linked to your credit card you can lodge a dispute and get refunded, I am not sure of how it works but basically because your credit card is getting a percentage off the money you paid they are liable for the goods / service that you receive, so if the item has not been received you can claim the money back.
I think you can still leave feedback on ebay, it won't do much but you are just making a moral point. Unfortunately although ebay like to charge for items listed and sold etc, it doesn't like to get involved into things like this, you might try to email them but I doubt you will get a reply.
Good luck! I had a similar problem a few weeks back and got my money back!0 -
Hi thanks for quick answers, credit card is linked to paypal , thats how i paid. I just looked at paypal, they say if I win a dispute they will take $25 as a fee from the amount I get back. Also I can still leave feedback and I have seller phone number shall I call it ?0

That sounds like the amount ebay take if you do a dispute for an item to get the money back through eBay.
If you lodge a complaint in Paypal you should get 100% back.0 -
the $25 is a chargeback settlement fee for sellers...its £7 for UK..Chargeback Settlement Fee.
To cover the cost of processing chargebacks, PayPal charges a £7.00 GBP fee to sellers who are determined to be at fault for credit card payment chargebacks. (A chargeback, or reversal, occurs when a buyer rejects or reverses a charge on his or her credit card.) The £7.00 GBP fee will be waived in those cases where the sellers have fulfilled all of the requirements of PayPal's Seller Protection Policy. The £7.00 GBP fee will also be waived for all sellers participating in our PayPal Preferred programme.0 -

Misinformation is worse than no information.....................
The OP was a buyer. You have given information about sellers which is not relevant and also is confusing."Success is not to be measured by the position someone has reached in life, but the obstacles he has overcome while trying to succeed." Booker T. Washington
The Official "Why does everyone have 'Official member of....club'?" which tend to be stupid/irrelevant Society. Member No 1 (I am aware of the irony btw)0 -

Well, it's important not to panic just because a seller is NARU. You paid by PayPal so they should be able to refund you in full. If not, then your credit card company will certainly refund you in full if you make a charge back for item not received, but htat's getting ahead of things.
Steps to take:
1) call the seller and ask when item was shipped and for details. If you cannot contact seller and/or item not delivered in timely manner then,
2) start a dispute through PayPal for for item not received. Also notify eBay of non-performing seller. If PayPal does not refund in full then,
3) contact your credit card company and file a charge back claim for item not received. Credit card company will refund you in full - but only use them as your last line of defense. Just remember to don't panic and use them first - too many unwarranted charge backs may affect your credit rating and have other adverse effects."Money is truthful. If a person speaks of their honour, make sure they pay in cash."0 -
Thanks for all the info, just going to esculate the dispute with paypal, and see what happens ! We are only talking about £24 but why should I let a crook get my money!!0
