HI, What can i do now?
i took a loan 2004 with first plus i have tried to claim back the ppi myself as we didnt require it at the time but were told we had to take to get the loan, they have sent me a letter to advise the ppi was through a broker who have since ceased trading and to contact the fso however fso have said the loan is too old, im not happy with first plus as they never advised they were outsourcing my details to someone else. Any ideas what i can do now?0 -
Give the FOS a ring and ask if you can go for mis sell to the insurer, this is Single Premium PPI and is the reason for mis sell that you use.
The FOS may say no, but at least you will have tried.

I have just started my application with Firstplus for PPI reclaim on a massive loan which we have been paying for 13 years. We had the five year payment refund but these posts have given me hope that we may be liable for refund of interest.0

that's correct even if you've had your 5 year anniversary rebate you are still entitled to the interest and compensatory interest.0 -
