How strange out of the blue my 3rd voucher came today into my junk box - don't know what happened to the second one? a shame I cancelled Netflix last week in protest!0

Hello,
Yes- I too signed up to receive 3 M&S vochers at £8 each when I signed up for Netflix.
I recieved the first one, and I received the 3rd one, but I never gort the second one.
I have tried to contact Convertr Media, who sent sent the 1st and 3rd voucher to me for joining Netflix, but when I try to email them on their web page, nothing happens, and if I try to emal them from my email account, it comes back as failed delivery.
I have also tried to phone their contact number 0203 6177 659 but just get played music for 5 minutes then cut off.0 -
I have received the 1st and 2nd vouchers and just phoned Net£lix regarding the 3rd on the free phone number, a very friendly (I ended up replying in the same sing song, happy voice, scary), operator took my details and said she would contact the appropriate section. She knew it related to MSE.0

I've just spoken to Netflix for the 5th time after not receiving the 3rd M and S voucher. I've had a different tale from a different perky American call centre person each time. Today's line was that it is moneysavingexpert who are responsible for sending the vouchers and because there's no one there at the weekend (or at M and S for that matter) there is nothing they can do.
Perky Shaun said he would talk to his supervisor. I'm not holding my breath.0 -
Okay in the last couple of weeks I finally got the full set of vouchers, I got one email from Convertr and two emails from Netflix confirming the set of vouchers. All I can say is Netflix is definitely aware of the situation with vouchers not getting to people for whatever reason.
I will add that initially I was only given one voucher which ended up in my spam as google spam thought the email from Convertr was spam. So check your spam. It was a long hard battle to get them and considering the amount of time I spent it wasn't really worth it but you know how it is
Good luck and keep chasing even if it drives you nuts

I've not heard anymore despite being told that perky ? (name forgotten) was sending the appropriate section an email right at that moment. But I won't give up...
Guss, did you cancel your membership?0 -
I was very close to doing so. I am a bit disappointed with this website as I got the impression MSE, Convertr and Netflix had all been dragging their feet getting this sorted out.
This site, because they should have been more open about the problems with the vouchers rather than just trying to deal with it in a piecemeal manner using a forum thread.
Have either of the 3 parties involved in the offer come out and put their hands up to say that there were problems or even what the problems were?
Not as far as I know which is a bit disappointing especially for a site of this nature which should have lead the way. I know Becca MSE was trying her best but she is only 1 person so I suspect limited resources didn't help.
Next time offers come up here with a referral link I will be a lot more careful you can bet on that.0 -
I ended up receiving all my M&S e-vouchers after having to chase up a couple of times!
The higgledy-piggledyvoucher issues do mar the reputation of Netflix to new and future customers!!!

Received my 3rd voucher today, after one phone call.
Received [STRIKE]£24[/STRIKE], I meant £28 (can't add up:o) in all.0 -

Following this conversation I emailed Netflix using their CSInquiries email address that I found in one of the threads on MSE. I copied to MSE Becca. 3 days later I received an email from Netflix with code and PIN for my 3rd voucher which was valued at £10.
So now I've had £28 all together from Netflix and I've paid them £24 in subscription fees. Still counting it as a profit despite all the time spent chasing...0
