I do agree with you Don'tskipit, a guide to the abbreviations would be a good idea - when you are overwhelmed with your debt and your first post it would be useful to have a list to refer to. Putting them on the end of SS sticky would be a good plan. My last post was not getting at you, I was just being silly cos I found something to be silly about:o

dont skip it ..i think maybe you have started off on the wrong foot with this forum ..this is an incredibly helpful forum...ztd has been a valued member of this forum for ages and if you knew him you would know that he meant absolutely no sarcasm,disrespect,or unhelpfulness in his post..ss is also another fantastic member i have only ever heard these two people take apart trolls and unhelpful judgemental people....try not to jump to the wrong conclusion as quickly if you can and i'm sure you will get all the help you need...good luck

Don'tskipit, looking at the bits under your name and the amount of postings and thanks you have, I would hardly call you a newbie. So with that in mind, and you saying that you have read lots on this forum........why have you got the wrong end of the stick with ZTD?

I have always found a way of remebring things with word association - and this works a treat.

No-one is getting at you, poking fun or being rude, a question is a question. I have found that people here only get het up when there is a troll involved, or someone is deliberately winding people up, for example, saying going bankrupt is an easy option when it isn't. Or when people refuse point blank to take advice, ignore any help and then come back moaning that they are worse off.

The majority of us here are in debt but having a sense of humour is free....and being able to laugh when things are low is a bonus.

I'm stumped as well...
I know what an IVA is but the only IPA I know is either a ale we used to get (cheap) called 'Idian Pale Ale' (honest, not a wind up) or a large grocery store chain in North America!

i think the problem on here is there is no tone so you cant tell when someone is beening funny or not but ztd has been on here a long time and is only helpfull and i have never seen ztd take the micky out of anyone

it was just a miss understandind and ztd is right no more stickys we have enough and that why they got rid of a load but it would be good to put it on the end of ss for neebies and oldies

we are all here to help and somtimes it helps to have a sence of humer and had your post been of a more deeper subject then ztd whould not have anwered in the way he did

it wasnt micky takinging it was just a bit of light heartedness in the way he answerd belive me you do get people come on here just to make people feel bad but ztd is not one of them forgive and forget and see how nice we really are
