Was it advertised in a misleading manner or did you just not check beforehand ? Did you buy it online using a cheque or in a retail / wholesale store ?

No. Section 75 relates to card use only.

If you get hold of a copy of the cheque it will prove you paid for it if you wanted to go for a small claims case but I'm sure that isn't in dispute anyway.

Did you buy it online or in a shop.

If you tell us what material it is we may be able to help you with the cleaning of it.

Is that the only reason that you want to return it. Have you asked the shop if you can return it. Have you asked their advice about cleaning it.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

    Fireplace retailer here ! :j

If you tell me what you have bought, I might be able to suggest what you can clean it with, There isn't much fireplaces can be made from, that cannot be cleaned.

Picture, name of co who makes it, model would help. I will then do a bit of research for you.

    cheers
