No, it's not a scam site. The website only sells audiobooks to download on the computer. You can't get them sent in the post. The audiobook will be sitting in your account with them online, waiting for you to download it to your computer to listen to it. If you want "real" audiobooks in CD format you'll have to borrow them from a library or buy them from a shop or online. I've downloaded a few audiobooks from them - The Guardian often uses the site when they offer a free audiobook.0

Don't talk rubbish, Inclusive. Of course you can get them sent by post. Here's one I picked at random from the front page:
http://www.audiogo.co.uk/audiobook/32932/times-tables
As for the original poster, have you tried writing to them or phoning them?

Well thank you Coopdivi I stand corrected. You will, of course, have seen on the website that some audiobooks are ONLY available as downloads.0

Steady on there. Your link shows an option for an Audio CD or a download. Judging by the OP's post, it would not surprise me if they have chosen the download option inadvertently. Only the OP can answer this...0
