Hi

I have sent the template letter off to HFC Bank asking for the T&Cs for my loan.

Only problem, it started 1998 and settled 2003.

I was just wondering if anyone had any luck retrieving records from that far back?

Hopefully they will still hold something but just to make you aware that many have made successful reclaims without the need of the paperwork, but still having the account number helps.

For whatever reasons you have, there is no harm in giving it a go.
