Sounds like an HSBC problem or a CACHE problem. Try deleting your cookies and temp internet files.. also press F5 a few times to do a proper refresh of the page then login again.[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

Aha! Search_Glow is a bug within the Windows Live toolbar!
Does Search_Glow appear in the taskmanager when you do CTRL + ALT + DELETE
If so remove windows live toolbar from add/remove programs and if tat doesnt work:
1. Download this file
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/combofix.exe
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you called combofix.log. Post the content of that log in your next reply
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."
