Heating won't go off

Hi
Just moved into a my new house, got oil yesterday and a neighbour had to bleed the boiler for me. Heating went on.
I have a Horstmenn Channelplus H37XL control unit in utility to control upstairs, downstairs and water. At the moment they are all switched to off but downstairs the heating is still running and I have no idea how to turn it off.
Do I need to do something via the boiler?
