Just started my claims...

I'm a newbie to this and the reason is that we have a debt management plan in place with Gregory Pennington and as I had been approached by a few companies suggesting they take on my case, I thought that there must be something in it ?!!
Once I told them about the debt management they all said it was better to wait until after this is finished. I missed out on the bank charges because of this and when we did apply we got no-where and wasted a lot of time, of which I have very little.

Do all of your loans and cards appear on noddle, I've been through my list and am trying to piece everything together, but I and my partner have both had a lot of cards and loans between us.

His father got a very nice payment the other day - over £15,000, but he did this through a company so cannot really help us with this.

I'll keep reading this, in between filling in forms. So any advise would be grateful.:hello::hello::hello::hello::j:j

Just to let you know if you win redress the money will go towards the debts, that is why a claims company will not help you with this as if you win then you will be left with a bill from the company that will give you another account to pay back!.

On a better note, if you win the redress will help bring the DMP to a nearer resolution so that is a good thing?.

If you win redress and are awarded the 8% you get to keep this amount, it will be taxable if you are a taxpayer.

The debts on the plan should have the card numbers and loan account numbers, you should ring the DMP company and ask for these, when you have them, look here for reasons for mis sell

if any/all apply to you then put a claim in.
Some banks do this over the phone, if you have loans and CC that are paid off and are not included in the DMP then ring the banks concerned and ask if they can find you, give as much info as you can, if you live near to a branch then go in and see if they can find you.
