Great morning but turned grey as the afternoon progressed which mine being a somewhat Westerly facing roof was not so good for O's hence 1.85 of 'em today4kw PV fitted 4th July 2014 (Green Energy NW £5600). WSW facing, 30 deg Pitch, Unshaded, Samil Solar River inverter, 16 Solar World Mono panels, Iboost on Immersion Heater. located in mid Lincolnshire.0

According to my monitor I peaked at 4kW a couple of times today. I must have blinked at the time, as I don't recall seeing any strong sunshine all day:p
Now need to get at least 9.71kWh per day to reach my target by 10th March.
This months PVGIS target already met this month (102% so far).4kw (16X250w Sharp). Samil Solar River 3680 TL inverter.
E.mids/SSE. 35 degree roof pitch, no shading.0 -

That's a low target for a 4kWh system.
Our system is 2.4kWh and our target is 96kWh. Totally different area to you though!!
Or am I missing something???
